Take a Prenatal Vitamin- Making sure you get all the vitamins you need will help you to have more energy. Prenatal vitamins are made to give you enough vitamins as well as the baby. So you want to make sure you get prenatal vitamins not just regular ones.

Another reason you could be really tired could be because of morning sickness, there is a way around this as well. If you talk to your doctor he can prescribe you a prenatal vitamin with extra vitamin B, which will help with the nausea.
